निठारी कांड में सीबीआई ने कुल 16 मामले दर्ज किए गए थे. इनमें से सुरेंद्र कोली को 14 मामलों में फांसी की सजा मिल चुकी है. जबकि मनिंदर सिंह पंढेर के खिलाफ 6 मामले दर्ज थे, इनमें से 3 मामलों में फांसी की सजा सुनाई गई थी. कोली को 12 केस, जबकि पंढेर को 2 केस में कोर्ट ने बरी कर दिया. इसमें सीबीआई की एक और नाकामी सामने आई. कोर्ट ने कहा सीबीआई ने केस का कचरा कर दिया. देखें ये वीडियो.
A total of 16 cases were registered by the CBI in the Nithari case. Of these, Surendra Koli has been awarded death sentence in 14 cases. While there were 6 cases registered against Maninder Singh Pandher, death sentence was awarded in 3 of these cases.
