पजेशन में देरी पर अब घर खरीदारों को होम लोन का ब्याज भी वापस दिलाया जाएगा. नेशनल कंज्यूमर कोर्ट ने घर खरीदारों की सहूलियत के लिए ये फैसला लिया है. NCDRC ने ब्याज दर के विवाद को भी साथ ही सुलझा दिया है. इससे ये भी साफ हो गया है कि किस ब्याज दर पर ग्राहकों को रिफंड मिलेगा.
NCDRC have solved the problem of interest in home loan. NCDRC have cleared that home buyers will get the refund of home loan interest. National Consumer Court said that if buyers get possession of their homes late, they will get refund of their home loan interest.
