A video in which a group of policemen can be seen thrashing a driver of a three wheeler has raised serious questions on the working of Delhi police. The driver was assaulted on a busy street in Mukherjee Nagar area of Delhi. The incident happened after the police vehicle and the tempo met with an accident.
