After the Article 370 was removed from Jammu and Kashmir, there was an atmosphere of celebration in Delhi. In many areas of Delhi including East Delhi, BJP workers celebrated with crackers and distribute sweets. Kashmiri pundits also celebrated in Lajpat Nagar on getting Independence from Article 370. People shouted slogans of Modi. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal welcomed decision of Modi government to remove article 370 from jammu and kashmir.
