प्रगति मैदान में आज से अंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेले का आगाज हो गया है, यह मेला 27 नवंबर तक चलेगा. प्रगति मैदान के एक बड़े हिस्से में निर्माण कार्य की वजह से इस बार मेले में केवल 800 प्रतिभागी हिस्सा ले रहे हैं जबकि इससे पहले हर साल मेले में 5000-6500 प्रतिभागी होते थे. भीड़ की समस्या से निपटने के लिए 25 हजार लोगों को ही रोजाना मेले में आने दिया जाएगा. प्रगति मैदान के आसपास जाम से निपटने के लिए यातायात पुलिस ने भी कमर कस ली है. देखें- ये पूरा वीडियो.
India International Trade Fair (IITF) began at Pragati Maidan today, the 14 day annual event will continue till 27th November. The trade fair is likely to attract around 20,000-25,000 visitors each day. To ensure smooth regulation and movement of traffic on the roads surrounding Pragati Maidan, an advisory has been issued. There is construction work underway in Pragati Maidan so only around 800 people will participate there.
