कोयला तस्करी मामले में रुजिरा बनर्जी को नोटिस मिलने के बाद यह सवाल उठ रहा है कि ममता सरकार के नाक के नीचे अवैध खनन हो रहा था और किसी को पता ही नहीं चला. इस पर टीएमसी प्रवक्ता जितेंद्र तिवारी ने कहा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में जितनी भी संपत्ति होती है, उसकी जिम्मेदारी केंद्र सरकार की है. इसको लेकर CISF नाम की केंद्रीय संस्था भी है. लेकिन केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से अपनी जिम्मेदारी नहीं निभाई गई. इसके अलावा उन्होंने कहा की राज्य की पुलिस ने अवैध खनन के मामले पर अंकुश लगाने में बेहतर काम किया है. देखें वीडियो.
