पश्चिम बंगाल और असम में पहले चरण के चुनाव के लिए मतदान शुरू हो चुके हैं. इसके साथ ही मतदान केंद्रों पर लोगों की भीड़ लगनी शुरू हो चुकी है. भारी सुरक्षा इंतजामों के बीच बंगाल में मतदान चल रहे हैं. महिला वोटरों का भी जमावड़ा मतदान केंद्रों पर लगा हुआ है. महिला मतदाताओं का सत्ता बनाये रखने या पलटने में बहुत बड़ा हाथ होगा.
