The Haryana government has granted 21 days furlough to Gurmeet Ram Rahim, who was convicted of murder and rape and is lodged in Rohtak's Sunaria jail. A furlough is a brief and conditional release from jail granted in the case of long-term imprisonment. Ram Rahim and four others were sentenced to life imprisonment in former Dera manager Ranjit Singh's murder case by a special CBI court in Panchkula in Haryana. Watch this video.
