एश्वर्य रॉय बच्चन से कल घंटों तक ईडी ने दिल्ली में पूछताछ की. कई सवालों के जवाब मांगे और कई लेनदेन का हवाला दिया गया तो उधर समाजवादी पार्टी की राज्यसभा सांसद और एश्वर्य बच्चन की सासू मां जया बच्चन सदन में बुरी तरह उखड़ गई और बुरे दिनों का शाप तक दे डाला. जया बच्चन ने कहा कि 'चुनाव आ रहे हैं इसलिए ये लोग टारगेट कर रहे हैं. ये लोग लाल टोपियों से घबरा गए हैं. ये लाल टोपी ही इन लोगों को कटघरे में खड़ा करेगी.' देखें
