उत्तर प्रदेश में आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर आजतक की टीम ने गाजियाबाद के सांसद और केंद्रीय मंत्री जनरल (रि.) वीके सिंह के साथ बातचीत की. जिसमें उनसे पूछा गया कि लंबे वक्त तक चला किसान आंदोलन से पश्चिमी यूपी में BJP की मुश्किलें कितनी बढ़ने वाली हैं? जनरल (रि.) वीके सिंह ने बताया कि पश्चिमी यूपी गन्ने का क्षेत्र है, यहां चावल और गेंहू कम उगाते हैं. कानून के अंदर जो चीजें दी गई हैं वो चावल और गेंहू से ताल्लुक रखती है तो हमारे यहां क्या फर्क पड़ेगा? किसानों को जो पैसा मायावती और अखिलेश की सरकार में नहीं मिला, उस पैसे को भी मिला कर हमारी सरकार ने किसानों को 1.5 लाख करोड़ रुपए दिया है. देखें ये वीडियो.
