आजतक ने 'एजेंडा आजतक' के नाम से एक खास कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया. सेशन 'सावरकर के नाम पर' में रंजीत सावरकर, विक्रम संपत और इतिहासकार चमनलाल ने भी हिस्सा लिया. इस दौरान सावरकर के द्वारा ब्रिटिशर्स को लिखी गई चिट्ठियों पर तीनों इतिहासकारों ने अपनी बात रखी. इतिहासकार चमनलाल कहते हैं कि भगत सिंह के साथी भी सावरकर के साथ अंडमान के उस जेल में बंद थे. लेकिन सावरकर उन क्रांतिकारियों से दूरी बनाकर रखते थे. यहां तक भगत सिंह के साथियों के द्वारा किए गए भूख हड़ताल का भी सावरकर ने समर्थन नहीं किया था. देखें वीडियो.
Aaj Tak organized a special program in the name of 'Agenda Aaj Tak'. Ranjit Savarkar, Vikram Sampat and historian Chamanlal took part in the session 'Savarkar ke nam par'. Historian Chamanlal says that Bhagat Singh's companions were also lodged in that jail in Andaman along with Savarkar. But Savarkar used to keep a distance from those revolutionaries.
