शराब तस्करी की सूचना पर मद्य निषेध विभाग की टीम पुलिस को लेकर पटना के बिहटा मूसेपुर गांव पहुंची थी. शराब तस्करी के आरोप में दो लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर जब अपने साथ ले जाने लगी तभी शराब माफिया के गुंडों ने छापेमार टीम की गाड़ी को चारों तरफ से घेर कर हमला बोल दिया और देखते-देखते रोड़े बाजी और पत्थरबाजी करना शुरू कर दिया.
