असल में आनंद मोहन की रिहाई के लिए सरकार के अपने ही कानून को बदल डालने के फैसले को जी कृष्णैया के घरवालों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है और अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले पर बिहार सरकार के साथ-साथ आनंद मोहन सिंह को भी नोटिस जारी कर दो हफ्तों में जवाब देने को कहा है.
