देश भर में कई जगहों पर किसानों ने चक्का जाम के नाम पर सड़कों और हाईवेस पर बैठकर प्रदर्शन किया. चक्का जाम के दौरान किसी के भी आवाजाही पर मनाही थी लेकिन जरूरी सेवाओं को चालू रखा गया था. पंजाब और हरियाणा में इस चक्का जाम का असर भी देखने को मिला और दिल्ली में किसानों के समर्थन में उतरे लेफ्ट वालों को पुलिस ने हिरासत में ले लिया.
