दिल्ली में एक शख्स को कार से दो किलोमीटर तक घसीटे जाने का मामला सामने आया है. बीती रात आश्रम इलाके की ये वारदात है. बताया जा रहा है कि नशे में धुत एक कार सवार ने पहले दूसरी कार में तीन बार टक्कर मारी और जब दूसरी कार के ड्राइवर ने आरोपी की गाड़ी को रोकना चाहा तो वो गाड़ी भगाने लगा.
