समंदर में तौकते तूफान के बीच दिल्ली और उत्तर भारत के राज्यों में मौसम का मूड खराब है. दिल्ली मे बीती रात से बारिश ने रिकार्ड तोड़ दिए हैं. आंकड़ों के हिसाब से पिछले 45 सालों में दिल्ली में इतनी बारिश कभी नहीं हुई. इसके अलावा दिल्ली में श्रीनगर से भी ज्यादा तापमान में कमी देखी गई. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में न्यूनतम तापमान 23 डिग्री तक जा गिरा. वहीं दिल्ली एनसीआर में आज भी बारिश की चेतावनी जारी की गई है. देखें वीडियो
