भूपेंद्र पटेल ने आज से गुजरात का राजकाज औपचारिक तौर पर संभाल लिया है. लेकिन शपथ ग्रहण के पहले ही वो अपने राज्य की समस्याओं को लेकर फिक्रमंद दिखे. जामनगर और जूनागढ़ में मूसलाधार बारिश से सैलाब उमड़ पड़ा है. पटेल ने शपथ का इंतजार किए बगैर ही राहत और बचाव का एक्शन शुरु कर दिया. जामनगर में मची इस अफरातफरी की खबर भूपेंद्र पटेल को सुबह ही मिल गई थी. शपथग्रहण और औपचारिक तौर पर मुख्यमंत्री बनने में अभी कुछ घंटे बाकी थे लेकिन इंतजार का वक्त नहीं था. लिहाजा भूपेंद्र पटेल शपथ से पहले ही एक्शन में आ गए. भूपेंद्र पटेल ने जामनगर के कलेक्टर से फोन पर बात की और कलेक्टर को तुरंत रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन शुरु करने को कहा. भूपेंद्र पटेल के फोन के बाद रेस्क्यू टीम फौरन मौके पर पहुंच गई. देखें ये वीडियो.
