विजय रुपाणी के इस्तीफे के 24 घंटे में गुजरात के नए मुख्यमंत्री पर फैसला हो गया है. बीजेपी ने एक बार फिर चौंकाते हुए भूपेंद्र पटेल को राज्य का अगला CM चुना है. चौंकाया इसलिए, क्योंकि पहली बार विधायक बने पटेल का नाम मुख्यमंत्री की रेस में एक बार भी सामने नहीं आया था. चर्चा अलग-अलग नामों की थी लेकिन बीजेपी ने बिल्कुल नए चेहरे को गुजरात का सीएम बना दिया. सीएम चुने जाने के बाद भूपेंद्र पटेल आज शाम गुजरात के राज्यपाल आचार्य देवव्रत से मिले और शपथ पत्र सौंपा. राज्यपाल ने उन्हें मुख्यमंत्री बनने पर बधाई दी. इस दौरान सीआर पाटिल भी मौजूद रहे. गुजरात के नए सीएम का शपथ ग्रहण समारोह अब कल दोपहर 2 बजे होगा. वहीं दो दिन बाद नई कैबिनेट का एलान हो सकता है. देखें ये वीडियो.
