The counting of votes is underway for 280 constituencies in the Jammu and Kashmir’s District Development Council (DDC) elections. The results will decide the fate of 4,181 candidates. Polling had happened across eight phases between November 28 and December 19. The Gupkar Alliance is leading on majority seats.
