सांसद नवनीत राणा के बेल ऑर्डर में कोर्ट ने टिप्पणी की है कि उन्होंने भले ही भाषा की मर्यादा पार की हो, मगर उन पर राजद्रोह का केस नहीं बनता. विधायक पति रवि राणा ने जेल प्रशासन पर नवनीत की खराब सेहत की अनदेखी करने का आरोप लगाया है. नवनीत राणा जेल से निकलकर अस्पताल में भर्ती हो गई हैं. महाराष्ट्र के गृह मंत्री दिलीप वलसे ने कहा है कि नवनीत राणा को महाराष्ट्र की जनता से माफी मांगनी चाहिए. उन्होंने ये भी कहा है कि लाउडस्पीकर पर केंद्र सरकार को पॉलिसी बनानी चाहिए. देखें ये वीडियो.
A special Mumbai court said in its order on Wednesday that Maharashtra MP Navneet Rana and her husband MLA Ravi Rana "undoubtedly crossed the line of freedom of speech" guaranteed under the Constitution".
