India registers 261500 new cases in the last 24 hours. Top five states which have registered maximum cases are Maharashtra with 67123 cases, followed by Uttar Pradesh with 27357 cases, Delhi with 24375 cases, Karnataka with 17489 cases and Madhya Pradesh with 11269 cases. 58.28% of the new cases are reported from these five states, with Maharashtra alone responsible for 25.67% of the new cases.
