Unlike the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, the second wave has affected rural India as well. Bihar's Buxar district is facing an oxygen crisis and the old Sadar Hospital as well, which is a Covid-19 care centre, is unable to give basic medical assistance to the patients. Hospital did not even have an electricity supply, and patients were left to die in absence of medical staff. Watch this ground report.
