चक्रवाती तूफान 'यास' ओडिशा के तट से टकराया लेकिन पश्चिम बंगाल में इसने भारी तबाही मचाई है. दीघा का पूरा शहर समंदर के पानी में डूब गया है. यास तूफान की वजह से समंदर में ऐसा उफान आया कि पास की बस्ती की बस्तियां बाढ में डूबती नजर आई. पानी की लहरें इतनी तेज थीं कि सीमेंट से बना मजबूत किनारा भी चूर-चूर हो गया और समंदर को बस्ती में पहुंचने का रास्ता मिल गया. सेना ने वहां राहत काम संभाल लिया है. देखें ये वीडियो.
Cyclone Yaas hit Odisha's coast but caused great devastation in West Bengal. The whole area of Digha has drowned in the sea that reaches the city. Due to the storm, there was such a boom in the sea that the water of the ocean came into the slum to submerge the nearby areas. The waves of water were so strong that the cemented edge also got crushed and the sea found its way to the slums. The army has taken over the relief operation there. Watch this video.
