सेंट्रल विस्टा प्रोजेक्ट पर रोक लगाने वाली याचिका को दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है. कोर्ट ने 1 लाख रुपए के जुर्माने के साथ याचिका को खारिज किया है. कोर्ट ने याचिकाकर्ता की मंशा पर भी सवाल खड़ा किया और कहा कि ऐसा लग रहा है कि इस प्रोजेक्ट को जबरन रोकने के लिए याचिका लगाई गयी है. साथ ही कोर्ट ने कहा कि सेंट्रल विस्टा प्रोजेक्ट नेशनल इंटरेस्ट का प्रोजेक्ट है. कोर्ट इसपर रोक नहीं लगा सकता है. देखें वीडियो.
The Delhi High Court has dismissed the plea banning the Central Vista project. The court also questioned the intention of the petitioner and fined him one lakh rupees. Also, the court said that the Central Vista project is of national interest. The court cannot stop its construction. Watch the video.
