हाईकोर्ट का फैसला आते ही जमीयत उलेमा-ए-हिंद ने इसे मुसलमानों के लिए हानिकारक बताते हुए कहा कि इसका धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता पर सीधा प्रभाव पड़ता है. जबकि कर्नाटक हाईकोर्ट के 129 पेज के फैसले में हिजाब को लेकर कुरान मजीद और हदीस के आधार पर अपने निर्णय को तर्क, न्याय और विधि सम्मत बताया है और कहा है कि इन्हीं धार्मिक पुस्तकों में हिजाब पहनने को लेकर सिर्फ सिफारिश की गई है, अनिवार्यता नहीं रखी गई है तो सवाल है कि क्या छात्राएं अब भी फैसला खारिज करेंगी? देखें ये वीडियो.
As soon as the High Court's verdict was declared on Hijab, Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind called it harmful for Muslims and said that it has a direct impact on religious freedom. Whereas in the 129-page judgment of the Karnataka High Court, its decision on the basis of Quran Majeed and Hadith regarding Hijab has been described as logic, justice, and legal and said that wearing Hijab is only recommended in these religious books, not mandatory.
