The Army chief was talking at the 73rd Army Day at the National War Memorial in Delhi where Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat also paid tributes. In a stern message, Indian army chief general Manoj Mukund Naravane on Friday said that while India believes in finding the resolution of disputes through discussions and political efforts, no one should commit the mistake of testing the country's patience.
