कल श्रीनगर में पुलिस पार्टी पर हुए आतंकी हमले में सब इंस्पेक्टर शहीद हो गए. सब इंस्पेक्टर अरशद को कई गोलियां लगी थीं. उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया लेकिन जान नहीं बचाई जा सकी. उसी आतंकी हमले की सीसीटीवी तस्वीरें आई हैं. वीडियो में देखा जा सकता है कि कैसे एक आतंकी पीठ पीछे से पुलिस सब इंस्पेक्टर पर हमला कर रहा है. हमले के फौरन बाद पुलिस ने पूरे इलाके की घेराबंदी कर दी और सर्च अभियान शुरू कर दिया. बीती रात कुपवाड़ा में जब सब इंस्पेक्टर का शव उनके घर पहुंचा तो हजारों की भीड़ उमड़ी.
