हिजाब विवाद मामले में कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को अपना फैसला सुना दिया है. मुस्लिम लड़कियों के स्कूल-कॉलेज में हिजाब पहनने को लेकर कोर्ट ने छात्रों की सभी याचिकाएं खारिज कर दी हैं और कहा है कि इस्लाम धर्म में हिजाब पहनना अनिवार्य नहीं है.वहीं ये भी कहा है कि छात्र यूनिफॉर्म पहनने से मना नहीं कर सकते हैं. स्कूल यूनिफॉर्म पहनने का नियम वाजिब पाबंदी है. इस पर वुमन पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड की सदस्य शाइस्ता अंबर ने अपना बयान दिया है. उन्होंने कहा है कि फैसले का स्वागत है, अगर स्कूल में यूनिफॉर्म है तो वो फॉलो करिए.पूरी जानकारी के लिए देखिए ये वीडियो.
