In the second wave of Covid-19, the fight is for breath. A major campaign, Oxygen Express, has been started by the Indian Railways. Large oxygen tankers are being loaded on trains and sent to Bokaro in Jharkhand, from where the same trains are providing oxygen to different states of the country to save lives.
