अमेरिका तो तय वक्त से पहले काबुल से रिटर्न फ्लाइट पर सवार हो गया लेकिन काबुल में जो रह गया वो बर्बरता की मिसाल है. एक तरफ तालिबानी सत्ता की प्लानिंग कर रहे हैं तो दूसरी तरफ उनके आतंकी खूंखार चेहरों के साथ पुराने तालिबान को पेश कर रहे हैं. पूरे बीस साल तक अफगानिस्तान बम, बारुद, गोले और गोली के बीच जिंदगी का सपना देखता रहा. बीस साल पहले तालिबान को खदेड़ने वाले अमेरिका के सामने वो पल आया जब सत्ता फिर तालिबान को सौंप कर जान बचानी पड़ी. 20 साल से अमेरिकी फौजों ने अफगानिस्तान ने डेरा डाल रखा था, लेकिन डेडलाइन से पहले ही अमेरिकी सैनिकों का अफगानिस्तान से डेरा-तंबू उखड़ गया. अमेरिकी फौज को 31 अगस्त यानी आज अफगानिस्तान छोड़ना था, लेकिन फौज तो 30 अगस्त की रात ही अमेरिका कूच कर गई. इसके साथ ही तालिबान ने अफगानिस्तान की आजादी का ऐलान कर दिया. देखें ये वीडियो.
The Taliban declared victory on Tuesday, hours after the last US plane took off from the Kabul airport, marking the end of America's longest war. Bringing to an end its 20 years of war in Afghanistan, the US evacuated its last troops from the Kabul international airport on Monday night. US Department of Defense shared a picture showing the last US soldier, Army Major General Chris Donahue, stepping aboard the final evacuation flight out of Kabul. The Taliban took full control of the Hamid Karzai airport as the US withdrawal concluded.
