असम में लावारिस प्राइवेट गाड़ी में ईवीएम मिलने से हड़कंप मच गया है. असम के करीमगंज जिले में एक कार से ईवीएम बरामद किया गया है. प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने कार का वीडियो अपने ट्विटर अकाउंट से पोस्ट किया. चुनाव आयोग ने असम के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के जरिए करीमगंज के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी से फौरन रिपोर्ट मांगी है. सूत्रों के हवाले से पता चला है कि गाड़ी खराब होने की वजह से अफसरों ने दूसरी गाड़ी में लिफ्ट लिया था.
