देश में चल रहे टीकाकरण अभियान के सामने कई मुश्किलें हैं. लेकिन एक बड़ी मुश्किल इस अभियान में बरती जा रही लापरवाही के तौर पर सामने आई है. उत्तर प्रदेश में 20 लोगों को वैक्सीन का कॉकटेल दे दिया गया. यानि उन्हें पहला डोज कोविशील्ड का दिया गया और दूसरा डोज कोवैक्सीन का लगा दिया गया. अब इस मामले सीएमओ सिद्धार्थनगर संदीप चौधरी ने कहा कि इस मामले पर जांच जारी है. दोषियों पर जल्द होगा एक्शन. देखें वीडियो.
