प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने रिमोट का बटन दबा कर देश में वैक्सीनेशन प्रोग्राम का उद्घाटन किया जिसके बाद से ही लोगों को वैक्सीन लगनी शुरू हो गयी. दिल्ली के एम्स में सबसे पहले हॉस्पिटल स्टाफ को यह वैक्सीन लगी. एम्स के डायरेक्टर ने तीसरे नंबर पर टीका लगा. इस मौके पर केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ हर्षवर्धन भी मौजूद रहे. इसके बाद उन्होंने आजतक से एक्सक्लूसिव बात भी की.
