From Himachal to Uttarakhand, there has been an outcry from the floods. Dozens of cities in both the hilly states have water while the villages and towns have been cut off from the cities. There was tremendous destruction due to cloudburst in Mandi. Many people were washed away in a massive landslide in Kasan. Many houses were also washed away in the water.
