बंगाल में मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी जैसी मां दुर्गा की मूर्ति पर घमासान छिड़ गया है. बीजेपी ने इसे लोगों की भावनाओं को चोट पहुंचाने वाला बताया. बंगाल बीजेपी अध्यक्ष दिलीप घोष ने कहा कि बंगाल की शान मां दुर्गा की किसी अन्य रूप में पूजा करना ठीक नहीं है. बंगाल में बीजेपी के सह-प्रभारी अमित मालवीय ने भी देवी दुर्गा की तरह ममता की मूर्ति बनाए जाने पर हमला बोला है. मालवीय ने कहा कि बंगाल में चुनाव के बाद की भीषण हिंसा के बाद ममता बनर्जी की देवी की तरह दिखने वाली मूर्ति लोगों की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचा रही हैं.
