सुप्रीम कोर्ट में गुरुवार को हाथरस गैंगरेप कांड को लेकर सुनवाई हुई. इस दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से पीड़ित परिवार को दी गई सुरक्षा के बारे में जानकारी सौंपी गई. पीड़ित परिवार की ओर से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में वकील सीमा कुशवाहा पेश हुईं. उन्होंने अदालत से अपील की है कि इस केस का ट्रायल दिल्ली में ही होना चाहिए. जिसपर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया गया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अभी इस मामले पर अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है. देखें वीडियो.
The Supreme Court on Thursday reserved its order on petitions seeking court monitored probe into the alleged gangrape of a Dalit girl in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras district last month. The victim’s lawyer Seema Kushwaha demanded the trial to be shifted to Delhi and that status reports of investigation be submitted to the apex court. Watch the video.
