लखीमपुर में हत्या के आरोपी आशीष मिश्रा आज सुबह पुलिस के सामने पेश हो गए. पूछताछ के दौरान उन्होंने अपनी बेगुनाही के कई सबूत सौंपे. गवाहों का हलफनामा भी दिया लेकिन सवाल जवाब के बीच वो ये नहीं बता पाए कि आखिर तीन अक्टूबर की दोपहर वो करीब 45 मिनट कहा थे. आशीष मिश्रा को 11 बजे पहुंचना था और दस बजकर 40 मिनट 20 मिनट पहले ही क्राइम ब्रांच पहुंच गए. ठीक 11 बजे क्राइम ब्रांच के दफ्तर में आरोपी आशीष मिश्रा से पूछताछ शुरु हुई. आशीष मिश्र से उसके वकील और मंत्री अजय मिश्र के एक प्रतिनिधि की मौजूदगी में पूछताछ का सिलसिला चला. डीआईजी उपेंद्र अग्रवाल और लखीमपुर के एसडीएम के सामने धारा 164 के तहत आशीष के बयान दर्ज किये गए. देखें ये वीडियो.
