देव दीपावली पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बनारस के दौरे पर पहुंचे. जहां उन्होंने सरकार के ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड को आंकड़ों के साथ सामने रखते हुए किसानों की आशंकाओं को दूर किया. इसके बाद पीएम मोदी वाराणसी के ही संत रविदास घाट पहुंचे और संत रविदास की प्रतिमा पर पुष्प अर्पित कर नमन किया.
