धरने पर बैठे राहुल गांधी ने अपने भाषण के दौरान कहा कि मोदी सरकार ने जनता से किए अपने वादों को पूरा नहीं किया. उन्होंने कहा कि पेट्रोल आज 80 के पार और डीज़ल करीब 80 के पास पहुंच गए हैं. आज एलपीजी के दाम 800 रुपए तक पहुंच गए हैं. पहले पूरे देश में पीएम मोदी घूम-घूमकर कहते थे कि पेट्रोल के दाम आसमान छू रहे हैं लेकिन आज एक शब्द भी नहीं बोल रहे हैं. राहुल ने कहा कि बलात्कार की घटना में बीजेपी के विधायक शामिल होते हैं, लेकिन पीएम चुप ही रहते हैं.
