दिल्ली में हुई हिंसा के मामले से जुड़ी याचिका पर दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. हाई कोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस को फटकार लगाया और कपिल मिश्रा का भड़काऊ भाषण देने वाला वीडियो देखा. सुनवाई के दौरान हाई कोर्ट ने पूछा कि कपिल मिश्रा के साथ दिख रहा अफसर कौन है. हाई कोर्ट में केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से तुषार मेहता पेश हो रहे हैं. तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि इस याचिका में जिस तरह की प्रेयर की गई है, वो सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहले ही सुन रहा है. कल इस मामले को हाई कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस सुन सकते हैं. दिल्ली पुलिस की तरफ से पेश राहुल मेहरा पेश हो रहे हैं.
