Notably, a delegation of opposition leaders along with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will visit Srinagar on Saturday to meet the people of Jammu and Kashmir. This is going to be the first visit of Rahul Gandhi in Kashmir where restrictions remain in place since August 5 when the Centre abrogated Article 370 that gave special status to the state and bifurcated it into two Union Territories.
