झारखंड के सरायकेला में नक्सलियों ने मंगलवार को बड़ी घटना को अंजाम दिया. यहां कुचाई इलाके में 209 कोबरा बटालियन और झारखंड पुलिस की टुकड़ी पर नक्सलियों ने आईईडी धमाका किया. सुरक्षा बल और पुलिस का दस्ता स्पेशल ऑपरेशन पर था. इसी बीच आईईडी धमाका हुआ जिसमें कोबरा बटालियन और झारखंड पुलिस के 15 जवान जख्मी हो गए. जवानों की गंभीर स्थिति को देखते हुए मंगलवार सुबह 6.50 में उन्हें रांची एयरलिफ्ट किया गया. जिस इलाके में माओवादियों ने धमाके कर पुलिस को निशाना बनाने की कोशिश की, वहां पर चुनाव समाप्ति के ठीक दूसरे दिन भी सुरक्षाबलों पर नक्सलियों ने हमला किया था.
An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast triggered by Naxals targeted security forces in Jharkhand's Saraikela area on Tuesday. 15 personnel have been injured in the IED attack. The incident took place in Kuchai area of Saraikela on Tuesday morning around 5 am. Troops of the 209 CoBRA force and Jharkhand Police were targeted during a special operation. According to officials, the improvised explosive device (IED) is suspected to have been buried under the dirt track. The injured troops, eight of the CoBRA and rest belonging to the state police, have been airlifted to state capital Ranchi, police said.
