The Constitutional Amendment Bill for 10 percent reservation in government jobs and educational institutions for the poor people of general category has passed in the Rajya Sabha today after the Lok Sabha. 29 years ago the decission of the Mandal Commission recommendations for the backward caste was done by the then Prime Minister VP Singh.
