भारतीय जनता पार्टी की शनिवार से दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी की बैठक शुरू हो रही है. चार राज्यों में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले आयोजित इस बैठक में एससी/एसटी एक्ट में संशोधन के बाद जो हालात बने हैं, उस पर चर्चा की जाएगी. पार्टी तय करेगी कि इस मसले पर विपक्ष को किस तरीके से जवाब देना है और जो स्थिति खड़ी हुई उससे किस तरीके से निपटा जाए. वहीं इस बैठक में पार्टी ने एससी/एसटी का कार्ड खेला है. ये बैठक आंबेडकर भवन में ही आयोजित किया गया है. बैठक की शुरुआत पार्टी अध्यक्ष अमित शाह ने आंबेडकर की प्रतिमा पर पुष्प चढ़ाकर नमन किया.
