राष्ट्रीय एकता दिवस के रूप में आज देश मना रहा है सरदार पटेल की जयंती, कुछ ही देर में पीएम मोदी केवड़िया में स्टेच्यू ऑफ यूनिटी पर अर्पित करेंगे श्रद्धांजलि. गुजरात के केवड़िया में पीएम मोदी एकता दिवस परेड में भी होंगे शामिल, कई अन्य कार्यक्रम में भी करेंगे शिरकत. पिछले मन की बात कार्यक्रम में पीएम मोदी ने की थी अपील, कहा था- रन ऑफ यूनिटी में ज्यादा से ज्यादा संख्या में हों शामिल. केवड़िया जाने से एक दिन पहले गांधीनगर में अपनी मां से मिले प्रधानमंत्री, हीरा बा ने गुड़ खिलाकर मुंह मीठा कराया.
