समलैंगिकों के हक में सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला, ipc की धारा 377 पर सुनवाई करते हुए कहा- समलैंगिकता अपराध नहीं. मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने कहा- समलैंगिकों को भी इज्जत से जीने का हक. सुप्रीम कोर्ट की 5 जजों की बेंच ने सुनाया फैसला, कहा- दो वयस्कों को सहमति से संबंध बनाने का हक. जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूर्ण ने कहा- समलैंगिकों को भी अन्य नागरिकों जैसा ही अधिकार. सुनवाई के बाद अदालत ने कहा- नैतिकता की आड़ में दूसरों के अधिकारों के हनन की इजाजत नहीं दी जा सकती.
