अखिल भारतीय अखाड़ा परिषद के अध्यक्ष महंत नरेंद्र गिरी की प्रयागराज में मौत हो गई. उनका शव का बाघम्बरी मठ में एक कमरे में फंदे से लटका हुआ था. पुलिस घटनास्थल पर पहुंच गई है और जांच कर रही है. बता दें कि महंत नरेंद्र गिरी संगम तट पर स्थित लेटे हनुमान मंदिर के महंत थे. कुछ दिन पहले उनका अपने शिष्य आनंद गिरि के बीच विवाद हुआ था. आनंद गिरि को अखाड़ा परिषद और मठ बाघम्बरी गद्दी के पदाधिकारी के पद से हटा दिया गया था. इस दौरान दोनों ने एक-दूसरे पर आरोप-प्रत्यारोप भी किए थे. बाद में इसी साल मई में दोनों के बीच सुलह हो गई थी. आनंद गिरी ने अपने गुरु नरेंद्र गिरी का पैर पकड़कर मांगी थी. इसके बाद नरेंद्र गिरी ने आनंद गिरी को माफ कर दिया था. बता दें कि अखाड़ा परिषद देश के धार्मिक संतों की एक बहुत बड़ी गद्दी है, अखाड़ा परिषद देश में मौजूद सभी अखाड़ों का मुख्य संगठन है. देखें ये एपिसोड.
Mahant Narendra Giri Maharaj, president of the Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad was found dead at his residence in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj. The police, however, is suspecting it to be a case of suicide. According to sources, the door was locked from inside and had to be broken. Narendra Giri Maharaj was found hanging from a nylon rope. A suicide note has been recovered by the police which mentions that he was mentally disturbed. The Prayagraj Police has said that the suicide note mentions the names of Anand Giri and other disciples of the seer. It says that he was upset for many reasons and that is why he was ending his life. He wrote that he lived with pride and won't be able to continue living without it. Watch this episode.
