जम्मू कश्मीर में कुदरत का कोहराम मचा है. अमरनाथ गुफा के पास फटा बादल और सारे इलाके में पानी ही पानी हो गया. NDRF के डीजी के हवाले से 12 लोगों की मौत की खबर आ रही है जबकि कई लोग अभी लापता हैं.
