तमिलनाडु के कुन्नूर में वायुसेना का एक Mi-17 हेलिकॉप्टर क्रैश हो गया, जिसमें चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ जनरल बिपिन रावत और जब यह हादसा हुआ, उस दौरान CDS बिपिन रावत के अलावा उनकी पत्नी और सेना के अन्य अधिकारी भी हेलिकॉप्टर में मौजूद थे. हेलिकॉप्टर क्रैश में CDS बिपिन रावत का निधन हो गया है. जो हेलिकॉप्टर क्रैश हुआ है, उसमें 14 लोग सवार थे. सीडीएस रावत की पत्नी मधुलिका रावत भी हेलिकॉप्टर में सवार थीं. घटना पर रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह समेत तमाम नेताओं ने भी दुःख जताया है. देखिए शतक आजतक का ये एपिसोड.
Chief of Defence Staff, General Bipin Rawat, passed away in an IAF chopper crash in Tamil Nadu's Coonoor on Wednesday. The Indian Air Force has informed about the news from its official Twitter handle. He was accompanied by his wife Madhulika Rawat, who was killed too in the tragic accident.
