उन्नाव रेप केस में एक नया खुलासा हुआ है. पीड़िता की मां ने जनवरी में केस को लखनऊ से दिल्ली ट्रांसफर करने की मांग की थी जिस पर कल सुनवाई की जाएगी. पीड़िता की मां की अर्जी पर उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार, सीबीआई और आरोपी को नोटिस भेजने का आदेश मिला था. लेकिन आदेश के बाद भी नोटिस नहीं बेजा गया था. 12 जुलाई को भी पीड़िता की मां ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को लिखी थी चिठ्ठी, जिस पर मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट रजिस्ट्री से पूछा क्यों चिठ्ठी को जज के संज्ञान में नहीं लाया गया. देखें शतक आजतक.
Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi has asked the Supreme Court registry to give him a report on why the letter written by the Unnao rape victim's mother reached the court and not him. The Unnao rape victim's family had written a letter to CJI Ranjan Gogoi talking about the threat to their lives. The letter was dated July 12 while the family met with an accident on July 28.
